Refund and Return Policy

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.

Pearplum Electronics reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if the stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

All repairs not collected within 90 days from date of receipt will be disposed of.

Warranty

All new Products come with a 12 months warranty & All CPO Devices come with a 6 Months warranty

Any items purchased from Pearplum Electronics comes with a 7 days return guarantee should they be unsatisfactory. These items should however be in their original sold condition. You are required to contact the store within 7 days after the purchase has been made.

The warranty holds good for products that are used within the prescribed norms, those that are not eligible for warranty are but not limited to:

Products that have surpasses the warranty period;

1. Damages due to misuse of product;
2. Incidental damage to the product;
3. Products that do not have serial/IMEI number
4. Malfunction of digital product due to user settings;
5. Negligence and improper care in maintenance of the product;
6. Products that come under the category of natural wear and tear (Earphones and Cellphone covers)
7. Failure to install, operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions, specifications or conditions made available to the Customer by Pearplum Electronics or any alteration or repair by you or a third party who is not one of Pearplum Electronics authorized repairers;
8. Damage resulting from fire, lightning, storms, vandalism, or non-secure transport.

Return shipping
